4、 Structure of injection pump of typical diesel generator set

The commonly used diesel engine fuel injection pumps in China are: A-type pump, B-type pump, P-type pump, VE type pump, etc. The first three types belong to plunger pumps; VE pump is a distributed rotor pump.

(1) Structural characteristics of B-type fuel injection pump

(2) Structural characteristics of P-type fuel injection pump

1. The suspension type cylinder assembly plunger, plunger sleeve, oil outlet valve and other parts are fixed together with a flanged cylinder steel sleeve, forming an assembly component. Directly fixed to the shell with pressed metal studs, forming a suspended structure. Can rotate the sleeve at a certain angle.

2. Adjustment of the oil supply volume of each sub pump There is an arc groove on the flange plate of the steel sleeve of the sub pump. Loosen the compression screw, rotate the steel sleeve, and the plunger sleeve of the sub pump will rotate at a certain angle, changing the position of the inlet and return oil holes relative to the inclined groove on the plunger, and the oil return time will change.

3. Adjustment of the starting point of the fuel supply for the slave pump: Increase or decrease the gasket under the flange plate sleeve, causing a slight upward and downward movement of the oil inlet and return holes of the plunger sleeve, thereby changing the position relative to the upper end of the plunger, and adjusting the starting point of the fuel supply for the slave pump.

4. There are 1~2 steel balls welded on the end face of the transmission sleeve of the ball pin angle plate oil volume regulating mechanism. The cross section of the oil supply rod is in the shape of an angle steel, and a small square notch is opened on its horizontal Cathetus. When working, the square groove meshes with the steel ball on the transmission sleeve. Non adjustable roller body transmission components;

5. The fully enclosed box pump body adopts an integral sealed pump body without opening the side window, with only the upper and lower covers. The pump body has high stiffness and can withstand high fuel injection pressure without deformation, resulting in a longer lifespan of the plunger components;
